Data Consent & Privacy Policy

What data we collect

Managr uses Basiq to securely connect to your bank accounts via Australia's Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework. With your consent, we access your bank account information including account balances and transaction history to provide bookkeeping and financial management features.

How we use your data

• Display your bank transactions within your Managr account
• Allow you to categorise and reconcile transactions against invoices and bills
• Generate financial reports for your business

We do not sell, share, or use your banking data for any purpose other than providing Managr services to you.

Managing your consent

You can manage, update, or revoke your data sharing consent at any time:

• Log in to Managr and go to Banking → Bank Feed
• Click Reconnect Bank to update your consent or connected accounts
• To revoke access entirely, disconnect your bank account from the Bank Feed page
• You can also manage consent directly via your bank's CDR portal

Data retention

Transaction data synced to Managr is stored securely and retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-party data access

Managr uses Basiq as our accredited CDR data recipient to facilitate secure bank connections. Basiq is accredited by the ACCC under Australia's Consumer Data Right legislation. No other third parties have access to your banking data.
